This is annoying AND irritating. I've planned to head over to Canary Wharf to shoot some urban architecture and some street photography. However, the evil arms or Rhinovirus aka flu decided to deal me a near fatal blow resulting in a feeling of constant lethargy. With snort dripping out from nearly every orifice, there couldn't have been a worse outcome of the planned events.

Instead of shooting photos, I'm stuck in bed with a throbbing headache and a feeling of annoyance. As I'm left with nothing but PS, I've decided to look at a few old photos and try putting them through some BW scripts to try them out.

Overall, I'm rather pleased with the conversions but they still lack that distinctive film feel. I haven't been able to find a scripts/BW converter that manages to duplicate grain successfully. Even if they are able to duplicate some form of grain, it's invariably 'weird', in the wrong places etc etc....

Oh well... there's still no replacement for good ole Tri-X. Speaking of film, do you guys notice that bulk HP5 is much much cheaper than bulk Tri-X in UK?
